      yes, almost all scientists do investigations and experiments. At the moment I’m investigating different ways we can combat global warming, improve soil quality, increase yield and ensure crops are sustainable. We currently face a lot of challenges, and so scientists are working together across lots of different areas to find solutions to these big problems.

      Yes, scientists love to investigate. We want to answer all the questions that nobody knows that answers to yet. This means we need to investigate what the solutions or possibilities might be. Sometimes our investigations can be very quick but some go on for years! My experiment is for 10 years! This is because I study trees and they are very old so are very slow at showing us any changes in behaviour or looks. The longest lab investigation went on for 70 years!       Yes, everyday we do new investigations, so you never know what you might discover and learn along the way!
