There are lots of things which could do this, but they are all impractical/unethical. For example, one way to tackle both would be for everyone to be vegan, because animals produce methane which contributes to climate change, they also produce large quantities of waste which can end up polluting rivers. we destroy large areas of woodland and wild habitat to create farms. If we were all vegan then we could give a lot of the countryside back to wildlife. But It’s completely unrealistic, because people want to choose what they eat.
You could also try and limit the population, because its the number of people which causes pollution to be a problem and we destroy the environment to build houses, so limit everyone to only one child. Again, this is unrealistic, people have the freedom of choice and freewill, it would be unethical to try and restrict people in this way.
Unfortunately there is no magic solution which will half pollution without significant negative effects, otherwise we would have already done it. Instead we have to find solutions which will work without the negative consequences, which is much more difficult.
