• Question: what will you do for research if you had a million pounds

      So many possibilities, but I would like to increase the size of lab, buy more equipment and most importantly employ lots of great scientists from all over the world to come and research with plants!

      If I had a million pounds I would invest in research to treat cancer or to tackle climate change, as I think these are the two biggest challenges we face right now. I know a million pounds won’t solve these problems, but it might help advance research in this area.
