Not at the moment. At different times I have had stick insects, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, tarantulas and snakes. I had an amazing cat called Stevens up until last year but he lives with my parents now because he’s getting very old. We’re hoping to get a new dog or cat some time next year.

I grew up on a farm, so I had lots of pets as a kid, including ponies, dogs, cats and ferrets. I currently only have a cat but I would love to get a dog. I think pets can bring a lot of joy but they are a big commitment both time and money.

Luckily I have always had pets as a child (a dog, cats and rabbits).
I think they are a great way to learn how to be responsible, but they are really hard work.
I currently have two budgies (small cheeky birds) called Arthur and Martha.
They are rescue animals, which I would always recommend.
They are chatty, funny and easy to look after. They are also portable- so if I am on holiday I can take them to my mums house!
