Reduce the amount of cars allowed to pass in the city!
Plants more trees/gardens in the city.
Use renewable energy where possible to power the buildings!

I think air pollution is a big problem in London, so I would ban all cars and make all public transport free, dramatically reducing air pollution and emissions from burning fossil fuels which contribute to climate change.
      .
I would also plant lots more trees, as some parts of London are just concrete, by planting more trees this will improve air quality, has positive health benefits, and also helps regulate temperature (by creating more shade, and trees absorb less heat than stone, so the city would be cooler at night in the summer) and reduce flooding (as concrete means water from rainfall instantly goes to the sewer and overflows, where as trees slow the movement of water, reducing the risk of flooding).
      .
I would also provide safe housing and support for homeless people in the city, helping them rebuild their lives and obtain jobs now they have a safe home.
